03/18/2007 5:40 PM - ALBANY, NY -- Micki DuPoint had two goals and an assist to help the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins rally from 2-0 first-period deficit to defeat the Albany River Rats, 4-3, Sunday at Times Union Center.
Tyler Spurgeon and Kurtis McLean each had a goal an assist for the Penguins, who improved to 8-3-0-0 in their last 11 games.
Dan DaSilva, Matt Murley and Ryan Bayda scored for the River Rats, who snapped a four-game winning streak. Keith Aucoin had two assists to extend his point streak to a season-high eight games.
Nolan Schaefer turned aside 25 shots in the win for the Penguins, who finished 5-1-0-0 against Albany this season.
Tyler Weiman, starting for the 15th time in 17 games, surrendered four goals on 32 shots in the loss.
Despite the loss, Albany maintained possession of fourth place in the East Division following Bridgeport's loss at Philadelphia.
The River Rats begin a three-game road trip Wednesday at Worcester.
